Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). When the site is accessed, the server stores technically necessary data such as IP address, time and page requested in order to ensure operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

Enquiry form

What you enter in the form (names, email, phone, preferred date, number of guests, wishes) is sent by email to our reservations team and used only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). We do not store the enquiry on the web server. We keep the email as long as necessary for the enquiry and a possible booking, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply.

Fonts

The fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is made.

Google Analytics and Google Ads (only with consent)

If you choose “Accept” in the notice, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This shows us how visitors reach the site and whether an enquiry was sent. Cookies are set and data may also be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Change consent” at the bottom of the page. Without consent, nothing is loaded from Google.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to us at booknow@slowtravelling.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
